I was referred to Dr. Isbell by Dr. Bill Craig who I also see at Southlake Orthopaedics. Dr. Isbell performed a total left knee replacement. Prior to surgery I had difficulty with my mobility and required the assistance of a walker for my day-to-day activities. Dr. Isbell is an excellent communicator, he explained to me and to my husband in detail what he would be doing in surgery. I could not believe the immediate relief I experienced from my surgery and the incision is remarkable. He did a great job! My recovery time was exceptional and after day one, I was not on any pain meds at all. In addition, Dr. Isbell is a very caring and informative doctor. When discussing some additional musculoskeletal problems, he listened and advised me the best direction for addressing the problem. I will always feel very confident in his medical judgement, knowing he always puts the patient’s well-being first with all his decisions. He is a GREAT surgeon! I have already referred two friends to his medical practice.
